Shipping & Delivery 📦

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you need your jewelry sooner, rush options are available and calculated at checkout.

To protect your jewelry purchase, all orders are insured and require a signature receipt.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We use UPS or DHL depending on the country, including insurance for the full retail value on all orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout and customers are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment.

When will my item ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday). If an item is in stock, it will ship immediately. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Each product has its own lead-time in its description.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs ↩️

Can I return my item?

We hope you to love your new Ouf! jewelry piece... but if you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for site credit or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact returns@oufbysara.com for a return authorization. We will need your name, order number and reason for return.

Can I return customized jewelry?

All sale items, personalized styles and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for credit. This includes items that have a single initial, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes.

My jewelry arrived damaged, what do I do?

While we do our best to keep your package safe in the mail, sometimes accidents happen! If your order arrives damaged, you can contact us at returns@oufbysara.com for a replacement.

Please include your order number and evidence of damage in your email.

Jewelry Care & Advice 💎

Can I sleep, swim & shower in my jewelry?

In short - yes! Our fine jewelry is made with quality & durability in mind so you can get the most out of your pieces for life!

Quick dips won't hurt your jewelry... but we do advise you remove your pieces if you plan on extended swims in chlorinated or salt water, or taking a bath.

To avoid accidental damage, we recommend taking your OUF! jewels off and tucking them into a safe place at night.

How long will my jewelry last?

If cared for properly, your jewelry will last many lifetimes. Crafted from 14k & 18k gold and natural gemstones, your OUF! jewelry will sparkle for many years to come and can be passed down through generations!

Should I clean my jewelry?

Yes! The frequency in which you need to clean your jewelry varies from person to person and depends on your lifestyle factors.

Those who wear their pieces more often will need to clean them regularly to keep them sparkling.

Using warm soapy water and a soft-bristled toothbrush, you can give your OUF! jewelry a scrub to bring them back to life!

Can you engrave & customize items on your website?

Depending on the chosen style, yes - sometimes we can offer engraving or stone customizations.

We don't offer this option on the website, so you'll need to get in touch with us to request a custom order and see what we can do for you.
